A friend of mine shared this on Facebook of footage of a cargo ship, the El Faro, that was sunk by Hurricane Joaquin back in October of 2015. This reminds me a lot of the Edmund Fitzgerald. Investigators are still looking for the ship's black box, which I didn't know that vessels carried as I though only aircraft had them.

Started getting popups on YouTube telling me to turn off my ad-blocker...and to Google I say Fuck You! I will not tolerate these ads that are intrusive and potentially dangerous to my laptop all because you have a hissy fit over people using ad-blockers.
Titan submersible incident
I've been following the news of a tourist submersible diving the wreck of the Titanic that went missing a few days ago that has, unfortunately, imploded from the intense pressure killing all passengers onboard.
Moved in
Just a quick update. I have officially moved into my apartment as of February 4th. I'm still getting the place cleaned up and organized.

Reminds me of the MV Queen of the North, a BC ferry that sank back in 2006. Many vehicles that have cameras and radio communication have black boxes. It was only when I saw a documentary about the train wreck in Paddington in London England in 1999 that I found this out when I found that trains have black boxes as well.
